2. Compression Socks. There’s nothing worse than landing after a long flight and not being able to fit into your shoes. Compression stockings also help to prevent blood clots. 3. Reading Material. Some swear by the Kindle, some by the iPad..I swear by the paperback! Paperback books are more friendly in sand and sun. 6. Sun Protection. This travel-friendly sunscreen stick is reef safe and broad spectrum. This means it will protect you against UVA and UVB. It easily fits in a small pocket or backpack. A bad sun burn on vacation can lead to a very uncomfortable trip and can cause skin cancer down the road!
